PCO3 (Chief Officers Third Sector) Path to Impact Programme – evaluation research
We were appointed as the evaluator to this three-year programme funded by the Big Lottery Fund, developed in conjunction with CO3, ACOSVO (Association of Chief Officers of Scottish Voluntary Organisations) and Dr John Brothers. Path to Impact provides access to a diagnostic tool called the Core Capacity Tool (CCAT) for 100 community and voluntary sector organisations. We have worked alongside CO3 to evaluate the impact of the programme and to author key reports around the capacity of the sector and the impact of the support provided. Heritage Lottery Fund – evaluation research

We were appointed by the Heritage Lottery Fund to conduct two reviews of the self-evaluation process and the outcomes achieved by 326 completed Heritage Grants projects which ran between 2008-2013. The first report was published by the Heritage Lottery Fund in 2017 and can be found here:

Northern Ireland Housing Executive – scoping study 

We were appointed, in association with Professor Suzanne Martin of Ulster University, to undertake a scoping study of Environmental Control Systems (ECS). The study set out to review current service provision and help determine how co-ordinated Health and Social Care (HSC) / Housing service provision of home environmental control technology can support independent living of disabled people within Northern Ireland.
